All that we do here at Natalie Marie Jewellery is defined by our personal, handmade touch. Every touch point is considered and carefully executed, with an emphasis on personal, focused attention to detail. From the creation and translation of a design concept and the hand crafting of each piece in our studio, through to the careful packaging and hand delivery of our pieces, each stage is taken care of by our close knit team in our busy Avalon studio. These hands belong to our Customer Service Manager, Erin. If you have popped into our studio, or sent us an email, it is likely that Erin would have helped you out in some shape or form. What is your role at Natalie Marie Jewellery and how long have you been on the team?
I came on board with the new studio space (late 2018). I manage the day to day running of our retail showroom along with helping our bespoke team with administration tasks and wedding ring consultations.
Has your role changed since you started?
It has evolved and I like that my role is very diverse. The owners Natalie and Dan are very collaborative and encouraging of our individual strengths, so I am able to suggest new pieces for the showroom and bounce ideas around with different concepts for the space.
Describe a typical day for you?
Each day is so different. I love talking to our clients, as it is such an exciting time in their lives. It's so warming to hear stories about how they are going to propose, where they first met or where the wedding is taking place! I get a real kick when I get to hand them their beautiful piece, and see their faces light up!
Most treasured piece of jewellery...
That would be the Sugar Studs which I never take off.
