Customer Service Manager

 We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager. Here at NMJ we are all about the personal touch, from each piece being handmade in our studio, to having someone on the other end of the phone, email or enquiry to chat to.

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, great time management, a high level of attention to detail, a passion for jewellery and will be nurturing and attentive with a personal demeanour. The right person will work brilliantly as part of a team, as well as autonomously, and bring some amazing customer service skills to the role.

You will be responsible for our studio email address, managing all enquiries and delegating requests to the appropriate teams. On a day to day basis, you will be across our customer service on multiple platforms, such as social channels, email and phone, guiding our clients through their individual NMJ journey, whether it be quick question or the first email to discuss an engagement ring. As the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely alongside all departments to ensure that communication flows smoothly and in a timely manner. We take great pride in welcoming our clients into the NMJ family, and assisting them to the best of our ability at all times.

This role is based in our Avalon Showroom/Studio and is a full-time position. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and close-knit team.
