An exciting opportunity has opened for an innovative, operations focused and results-driven Digital Marketer and E-Commerce specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a senior level, hands-on role that is responsible for delivering our digital and e-Commerce strategy while driving revenue/profit and ensuring an outstanding customer experience on our platforms. You will work closely with the General Manager/Director, Head Designer/Director, Brand Manager, E-Commerce Coordinator, Marketing Team and Creative Studio to take our growing digital channels to the next level. This person will be responsible for helping produce and manage all digital media marketing activities.
The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (including but not limited to Facebook/Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads & Pinterest).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Providing leadership and strategy for customer journey, delegating implementation across the team.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other contracting partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Lead and develop Ecommerce Coordinator to assist in the operation of website content ensuring it is up to date, accurate and on brand.
Experience in a similar role and proven track record of growing audiences and developing and delivering content strategies while driving revenue and market shareCompetence in e-Commerce website administration and maintenance (Shopify preferred), Content Management Systems, Website Reporting (Google Analytics) and CRM programsDemonstrated ability to lead and grow a teamIn-depth knowledge of online advertising, EDM and social trends, opportunities and strategiesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at one timeAppreciation and understanding of the importance of brandFlexibility to adapt to changing project lifecycles and prioritiesCommercial awarenessUnderstanding of the luxury retail industry and landscape (preferable)Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (not required but preferable)
