We are currently looking for a highly organised Dispatch & Office Coordinator to work within our customer service and production teams. This is a fast-paced role coordinating all jobs to be sent daily with DHL, Fedex, Eparcel and secure couriers, as well as ensuring the smooth running of office supplies. You will be the master of tracking where parcels are, communicating tracking information and responding to queries, lodging investigations when required, upholding our exceptional customer service to both external clients and internally within the business. This role requires someone who can work consistently to ensure customer deadlines are met from a dispatch perspective and understand that this role is the integral final stage of the production. Experience preferred but not required. Ideally you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoying methodical work and problem solving. 

The key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

Collect all jobs (online/ bespoke/wholesale) for daily post by DHL, Fedex, Eparcel, or private Courier.

Manage and create all Private Courier deliveries daily.

Liaise with customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time, including providing tracking information and responding to enquiries. 

Liaise with all courier companies with regard to tracking parcels, finding parcels and opening investigations when necessary.

Assist /manage bar coding of Wholesale orders when required.

Manage all Office, stationary, cleaning supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly. 

Develop systems to ensure that our dispatch department is continuously improving, investigating improvements and implementation required. 

Data entry & document handling management, ad-hoc administration duties as required.
