Returns Policy

Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind. 



Natalie Marie Jewellery is entirely handmade and therefore there will always be some variations between pieces. These pieces are fine and delicate and should be handled and worn with care.  Normal wear and tear on jewellery items is not considered a fault. 

If you feel a piece of Natalie Marie jewellery is faulty, or if breakage has occurred please contact natalie on natalie@nataliemariejewellery.com. The piece will be assessed and if considered faulty, Natalie will gladly repair, replace or exchange the faulty piece.



Repairs are available and are assessed by case. Depending on the case they may incur a fee. 



Should a purchased piece require resizing, please contact natalie@nataliemariejewellery.com for instructions. Customers will be responsible for all postage & redelivery charges for resizing. Resizing fees will apply, this is quoted on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please consult the sizing chart prior to ordering to ensure your order correctly. If you are unsure about which size to order please contact natalie@nataliemariejewellery for assistance or to request a ring sizer by mail. 

Natalie Marie pieces use predominantly natural stones and crystals. These can naturally vary in shade and colour. Stones shown in online images may not always exactly match the stone in the jewellery piece purchased. If you are concerned about this please contact Natalie at natalie@nataliemariejewellery.com.

Natalie Marie only works with conflict free diamonds, naturally and ethically sourced gem stones.


Turnaround time

All Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is unique and made especially for you. Pieces are usually produced and shipped within 5-7 days, but in some cases or during busy periods, production can take up to 10 working days. Stone pieces can take between 2-4 weeks. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact Natalie before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Custom Initial pieces offer an 'Urgent Turnaround' option, which can be selected in the shipping drop down menu.


Shipping and Handling

Australian domestic orders are sent Express via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. 

Natalie Marie Jewellery ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International standard parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days to arrive. 

International express shipping is via DHL, UPS or TNT. you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track. Express international shipping takes between 2-3 days to USA and 3-5 days to Europe.

Duties and Taxes

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.



All payments on nataliemariejewellery.com are processed via Paypal, a completely secure payment gateway. You do not need a paypal account to check out via Paypal, simply follow the prompts to checkout as a guest and enter your credit card details to the secure payment page.
