The J'Adore Navette Ring features vintage stones bead set within an engraved face. With a millgrain frame and knife-edge band, the ring is a striking statement piece that brings a dash of spirited colour and sentiment to your collection.
This piece is part of Yesterday Today, a vintage-inspired collection combining the charm of antique design with modern day craftsmanship.
The Parisian jeweller to Marie Antoinette and the French Court in the early 1800s - Jean-Baptiste Mellerio - is credited with creating the first acrostic jewellery. The 'Adore' ring, featuring amethyst, diamond, opal, ruby and emerald was one of many embraced by the English upper classes in the Victorian age and given to loved ones as a token of great affection.
