A New Chapter

Inside Our Paddington Atelier

An immersive home for craft, connection and creativity.

We're proud to announce the opening of our new atelier in the heart of Paddington, a thoughtfully conceived space designed to reflect our values of connection, craftsmanship and conscious luxury.

Located on Sydney’s creative William Street, the new store is a tactile, intimate immersion into our NMJ world. Designed and built in close collaboration with a community of Australian artisans, the space is a testament to slow creation and thoughtful design. From the foundational vision of NMJ co-founder Daniel Fitch, to the sculptural installations by Tom Butterworth and bespoke furnishings by Mr & Mrs White, each element has been made by hand, with heart.

Mr & Mrs White

Visit us in-store to experience their bespoke furniture that forms the backdrop to our jewellery displays - creating a dialogue between object and adornment, material and meaning.

Tom Butterworth

At the heart of our Paddington store’s tactile beauty lies the craftsmanship of Tom Butterworth, a master stonemason whose work brings depth, weight, and quiet elegance to the space.

In addition to showcasing handcrafted fine jewellery, the Paddington Atelier will host a rotating curation of Australian art, beginning with a new body of work by contemporary artist Ash Holmes titled "duality".

This synergy between art and adornment, home and craftsmanship, is at the heart of our next chapter – one grounded in a reverence for materials, process and the people behind each creation.

Ash Holmes

We’re proud to showcase the work of Australian contemporary artist Ash Holmes at our Paddington location. Holmes brings a new series of original paintings, created exclusively for the space.

“It was essential that this space not only reflected our jewellery pieces, but the process and philosophy behind their creation. We wanted to create an environment that feels immersive, authentic and educational – where people feel invited into our world, not just to browse, but to connect.” - Natalie Fitch.

The Paddington Atelier is now open. Guests are invited to explore the new space and experience a new kind of jewellery retail.
