Your Personal Information

Natalie Marie Jewellery respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not sell your personal information and will only collect, use and disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

With your consent, we may contact you from time to time with updates about new products, features, offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

For further information about how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Product Imagery

Natalie Marie Jewellery takes great care to ensure that product imagery provides a fair and accurate representation of the scale, finish and colour of each piece. Dimensions are provided on individual product listings and, where possible, product pages include imagery showing the piece worn on the body to assist with understanding its scale and proportions.

Please note that colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Many of Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces feature natural stones. Due to their unique characteristics, variations in colour, shade, tone, pattern, inclusions and other natural features may occur from one stone to another.

As a result, the stone in your finished piece may vary slightly in appearance from the stone shown in our online product imagery. These natural variations contribute to the individual character of each stone and are not considered a fault.

The colour of precious metal alloys may also vary slightly between pieces due to the individual composition of each alloy. These natural variations are an inherent characteristic of precious metal alloys and are not considered a fault.

If you require additional imagery or information before making your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to assist where possible.

We encourage you to carefully review all product imagery, dimensions and descriptions before purchasing. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding change-of-mind returns.

Natalie Marie Jewellery reserves the right to cancel, suspend or refuse to honour a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or other unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Unauthorised resale or distribution of Natalie Marie Jewellery gift cards is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, Natalie Marie Jewellery is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the loss, theft, unauthorised use or inability to use a gift card.

Nothing in these Gift Card Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders & Acceptance

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been submitted and payment successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Natalie Marie Jewellery containing your order details and tax invoice.

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted by Natalie Marie Jewellery when we issue a shipping confirmation or, for showroom collection orders, a notification confirming that your order is ready for collection.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to acceptance where reasonably necessary, including due to product unavailability, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or an inability to process or verify payment.

If payment has already been received for an order that we are unable to fulfil, we will provide a refund in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Product Availability

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or secure that product. Products may remain available for purchase by other customers until your order has been successfully placed.

While we take reasonable care to ensure our stock information is accurate, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to advise you of the available options.

Production Times

Made to Order

The majority of Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces are handcrafted to order and made especially for you.

Estimated production timeframes are provided on individual product listings and commence from the first business day following confirmation of your order.

Production timeframes vary depending on the piece and are estimates only. Delays may occasionally occur due to material availability, production requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

If you require your piece by a specific date, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order so that we can advise whether your requested timeframe is achievable. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates, delivery by a particular date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by us.

Production timeframes do not include shipping or delivery time.

Ready to Ship

Products identified as Ready to Ship are generally in stock and available for dispatch within two business days of order confirmation, unless resizing, personalisation or another customisation has been requested.

Ready to Ship availability and, where applicable, customised dispatch estimates will be displayed on the relevant product page or near the Add to Cart button.

During promotional events, launches, holiday periods and other periods of high order volume, dispatch timeframes for in-stock pieces may be extended to approximately 3–5 business days.

Where possible, extended dispatch timeframes will be communicated on our website or at the time of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible once production has commenced.

Additional costs and/or changes to the estimated production timeframe may apply. We will advise you of any applicable costs or timeframe changes before proceeding.

Our Customer Service team operates Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm AEST/AEDT, excluding public holidays.

Production and dispatch timeframes do not include shipping or delivery time. Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched and will depend on your selected shipping method, destination and delivery provider.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery & Signature

All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise expressly stated.

Please ensure that your name, delivery address and contact information are complete and accurate at checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, Natalie Marie Jewellery is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you become aware of an error in your delivery details after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update your details; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Australian Domestic Shipping

Australian domestic orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and service availability.

Current shipping options, prices and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.

For locations outside DHL's direct service area, DHL may engage a third-party delivery provider to complete the final stage of delivery.

Local collection is available from our Avalon and Paddington, NSW showrooms where this option is offered at checkout.

Our Customer Service team will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you have received this confirmation before visiting the showroom. Please view our showroom opening hours here:

Collection availability and timeframes may vary depending on the product, production requirements and selected showroom.

International Shipping

Natalie Marie Jewellery ships to selected international destinations using DHL Express. International shipments are registered and trackable.

Available shipping options and shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs processing, local delivery services and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on One of a Kind and Bespoke pieces, as well as eligible orders valued at $1,000 AUD or more.

Complimentary shipping is subject to destination and service availability. Any applicable shipping charges or exclusions will be displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@nataliemariejewellery.com with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and product.

We will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the matter and assist with an available claim or resolution where applicable.

Duties & Taxes

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless duties and taxes are expressly included and collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees and related charges.

Natalie Marie Jewellery does not determine, or control charges or documentation requirements imposed by international customs authorities. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before purchasing if you require further information regarding potential charges.

If applicable duties, taxes or customs charges are not paid, your shipment may be delayed, returned or, in some circumstances, deemed abandoned by the relevant carrier or customs authority.

To the extent permitted by law, additional shipping, return, customs or handling costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any refund otherwise payable or charged to the customer, where applicable.

International Servicing & Repairs

If you are returning a Natalie Marie Jewellery piece to Australia from overseas for an approved repair, warranty assessment or servicing, please follow the shipping and customs instructions provided by our Customer Service team.

Customs documentation should accurately describe the item and reason for return. Where appropriate, documentation should identify that the item is being returned to Australia for repair, warranty assessment or servicing and is not a new purchase.

Natalie Marie Jewellery cannot guarantee that returned items will be exempt from duties, taxes, customs fees or handling charges.

Unless otherwise agreed by Natalie Marie Jewellery or required by law, any such charges arising from an international servicing or repair shipment are the responsibility of the sender.

Archive Sale

Archive Sale pieces are offered at a special price reflecting their individual condition and may include discontinued, sample, display or other selected pieces.

Final Sale

Archive Sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits for change of mind, incorrect sizing or minor imperfections that have been disclosed or are consistent with the condition described at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Condition & Availability

Archive Sale pieces may display minor variations or imperfections. Where applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose these in the product description and/or imagery.

Archive Sale pieces are available in limited quantities while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If an Archive Sale item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot fulfil the order, any payment received for the unavailable item will be refunded.

Archive Sale pieces remain covered by our applicable manufacturer’s warranty in relation to eligible manufacturing or craftsmanship faults.

Dispatch

Please allow up to five business days for Archive Sale orders to be dispatched. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Heirloom Service

Before commencing a Heirloom Service, clients will be required to review, agree to and sign our separate Heirloom Service Terms & Conditions.

Client-supplied jewellery, heirloom stones and other materials entrusted to Natalie Marie Jewellery will be handled with appropriate care.

Clients acknowledge that heirloom and previously worn stones may contain existing wear, inclusions, micro-fractures, chips, previous repairs or structural vulnerabilities that may not be visible before assessment or commencement of work.

These characteristics may affect a stone's suitability for resetting and may increase the risk of damage during removal, setting, cleaning or other jewellery processes.

To the extent permitted by law, Natalie Marie Jewellery is not responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from pre-existing conditions, inherent characteristics or structural vulnerabilities of client-supplied stones or jewellery.

All client-supplied stones and jewellery are subject to assessment. We may decline to use a stone or component where, in our reasonable professional assessment, it is unsuitable for the proposed design or manufacturing process.

Where concerns become apparent during assessment or production, we may pause work and contact the client to discuss the available options.

Rhodium Plating

Our white gold pieces are rhodium plated to enhance their bright white finish.

With normal wear, rhodium plating will gradually wear away, revealing the naturally warmer tone of the white gold beneath. This is a normal characteristic of rhodium-plated white gold and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Rhodium plating is a maintenance treatment and is not permanent. Its longevity varies depending on factors including frequency of wear, contact with other surfaces, exposure to chemicals and personal care products, and individual body chemistry.

Periodic rhodium re-plating may therefore be required.

Natalie Marie Jewellery offers professional rhodium plating services. Please contact our Customer Service team for current pricing and further details.

Identification & Hallmarks

Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces are generally stamped with discreet identification and quality hallmarks, typically located on the inside or another inconspicuous area of the piece.

Depending on the piece, hallmarks may include a metal purity mark such as 925 for sterling silver, 375 for 9ct gold, 750 for 18ct gold or 950 for platinum, together with the Natalie Marie brand mark.

The type, placement and visibility of hallmarks may vary depending on the design, dimensions and materials of the piece.

These markings assist us in identifying and authenticating Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces and may assist with future servicing, repairs and warranty enquiries.

Jewellery Use & Supervision

Jewellery may contain small parts that can present a choking or swallowing hazard and is not suitable for children under three years of age.

Jewellery should be kept out of reach of infants and young children when not being worn. Adult supervision is recommended whenever jewellery is worn or handled by young children.

Natalie Marie Jewellery pieces should be used only for their intended purpose and with appropriate care.

Unclaimed Repairs & Servicing

Where an item has been left with Natalie Marie Jewellery for repair, assessment or servicing, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided to us remain accurate and up to date.

Once an item is ready for collection, or where we require further instructions, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer using the information provided.

If we are unable to obtain a response or instructions for a period of six months following our initial contact, the item may be considered unclaimed.

Where an item remains unclaimed, Natalie Marie Jewellery may take steps to manage, dispose of or recycle the item in accordance with applicable laws and our sustainability practices.

Where required, we will make any further attempts to contact the customer or provide any notice required by law before doing so.

Insurance

Natalie Marie Jewellery is not responsible for jewellery that is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged, except to the extent that responsibility arises under applicable law.

Due to the nature and value of fine jewellery, we strongly recommend arranging appropriate insurance to protect your piece against circumstances outside the scope of our warranty, including accidental damage, loss and theft.

Insurance coverage, exclusions, excesses and claim requirements vary between insurers and policies. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their chosen policy provides appropriate coverage.

Changes to These Terms

Natalie Marie Jewellery may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms will be published on our website and will apply subject to applicable law.

Returns Policy

Our change-of-mind Returns Policy varies depending on whether your piece is Made to Order, Ready to Ship, earrings or an Archive Sale piece.

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Made to Order

As Made to Order pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or credit notes for change of mind.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, imagery, dimensions, sizing and production information before placing your order and to contact our Customer Service team if you require assistance.

Ready to Ship

Full-price Ready to Ship pieces purchased through Natalie Marie Jewellery online or at one of our retail locations may be returned for an exchange or credit note where the piece:

  • is unworn and unused;
  • is in its original, saleable condition;
  • is returned with all original packaging;
  • is accompanied by proof of purchase; and
  • is returned within 14 days of the date the customer receives the order.

Earrings and other products specifically excluded under this Returns Policy are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Natalie Marie Jewellery reserves the right to decline a change-of-mind return where the piece does not meet the above conditions. Where an ineligible item is returned to us, we may arrange for it to be returned to the customer at their cost.

Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit note for change of mind. This applies to both Ready to Ship and Made to Order earrings.

This exclusion does not affect rights or remedies relating to faulty or otherwise non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

Archive Sale

Archive Sale pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit note for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged products

Our change-of-mind exclusions do not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your piece is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise does not comply with a consumer guarantee, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and information regarding the issue.
