We are a family run business and our close-knit team are an extension of our family. We believe in creating a nurturing yet progressive environment, giving our team a place to thrive and develop.

We feel fortunate that our showroom, studio and head office are located just a short stroll away from Avalon Beach, Sydney’s Northern Beaches. As our company grows, we’re always interested to hear from others that share the same ethos, passion and values.

Marketing and Brand Manager

As the key ambassador for the brand, you are responsible for overseeing, developing and managing all consumer touchpoints for the brand. You drive all campaign activity related to the brand to create, enhance and solidify Natalie Marie Jewellery in the marketplace.

You understand the target market and what appeals to them and seek to research, develop and implement marketing strategies in alignment with the NMJ brand across all touch points to strengthen brand identity to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.
