Helena Vestergaard

Somewhere along the way, many of us find ourselves in pursuit of having it all, family, purpose, fulfilment. Each calling us forward in different ways, while beneath it all we long for stillness.

For Helena Vestergaard, intuition has been the quiet thread guiding her path. From trusting the risks that felt right, to learning through experience, her life today is shaped by listening inwardly. In the midst of motherhood and creative independence, she continues to navigate the delicate balance between being fully present for her children and honouring her own sense of self.

How has your intuition shaped the path you find yourself on today?

"I feel like a lot of my life has been trusting and leaning into my intuition. My life today is also an outcome of taking risks when they felt right and learning from my mistakes."

Our Saira collection is a meditation on this very journey. Inspired by a repeating floral motif with no beginning and no end, it reflects the cyclical rhythm of womanhood. The constant recalibration between movement and stillness, strength and softness.

In this conversation, Helena shares how she returns to herself through simple rituals, the role intuition has played in shaping her life, and the balance she is learning to hold as a woman and a mother.

Because for every woman, the journey looks different. Yet what unites us is the quiet instinct to trust where we are being led.

How do you create moments of stillness in your everyday life - a practice that helps you return to yourself?

"Always yoga, and when I can’t do that my favourite thing to do is lay on the floor. It always resets my mood and grounds my bones."

As a woman, what opposing qualities is life asking you to balance right now? And which of those do you want to honour and make space for moving forward?

"For me it’s always a work to mothering balance. I’m always trying to keep my independence but also be completely available for my children. My always goal moving forward is just being the best mother I can be to my kids."

Saira

Somewhere along the way, we have found ourselves in the pursuit of having it all - an endless balancing act of family, purpose and fulfilment. Each pulls us in different directions, while beneath it all, we long for stillness.

The repeating floral motif, with no beginning or end, evokes the infinite rhythm of our experience - a reminder that life is not linear, but cyclical. Every turn invites trust. Every choice offers a return to ourselves.

Saira marks the journey that begins within. A return to self. A step forward in trust. For where intuition leads, balance follows.
