You will oversee and manage the look, feel, design of the website, from uploading product to collaborating with design and development agencies, platforms or application. Your ultimate aim is an elevated, on brand online shopping experience akin to our in-person showroom experience. Outcomes sought are high traffic flows from key sources (direct, repeat, organic, social and digital), high conversion via refined user experience and sales enhancing strategies.

You can create strategy for digital marketing campaigns across the online store, SEO/SEM, email, social, google ads, google shopping and display advertising.

You are adept at reviewing analytics (google, Shopify et.al.), analysing and reporting monthly and as required on outcomes of the above activity, providing recommendations for future strategy and identifying opportunity to achieve the over-arching goal of increasing brand awareness and sales in the online space.

You are a multi-tasker, detail oriented and highly efficient. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head of Marketing, Brand Manager, Social Media Co-Ordinator and Senior Graphic Designer to take our growing digital channels to the next level.



As part of daily Shopify maintenance and the over-arching Marketing strategy, collate, upload and update website product details, images and copy, along with other launch assets on time and accurately, utilising website elements such as optimising, tagging and cross selling.

Manage external contractor to shoot new product for uploading into the website back end. Be the driving force behind collating image and copy assets for ensuring the website is up to date at all times.

Working with the wider marketing team, utilise digital assets to update the home page, banners, pop ups and in page VM etc to align with campaign launch deadlines or to refresh the site as necessary. Included but not limited to homepage, collections, product pages and navigation.

Collaborate with agencies and other contracting partners provide the most cost effective, efficient improvements for the betterment of the site, customer and sales.

In collaboration with the Customer Service team, monitor inbound Online Customisation requests and assess viability for inclusion into the online store.

Respond to feedback from Customer Service regarding FAQ, forms, and communication channels provided within the online store and make updates as necessary.

Evaluate emerging technologies for growth or in response to need/ requests or in response to consumer or market place behaviour. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.



Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Shopify customer database (Klaviyo), social media and display advertising campaigns (including but not limited to Facebook/Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Shopping TikTok & Pinterest).

Review existing Klaviyo flows and propose opportunities for sales growth, new customer acquisition, increase return customer rates by suggesting flow strategy for capturing customer lifetime, explore ideas for targeted eDM’s based on consumer website and buyer behaviour, segmentation by demographic, geographic and other identifiers.

Present a strategy for both SEO and SEM, current status, opportunities, obstacles, time and spend budget to increase our rankings and ROI.

Present a strategy for Google Shopping for OL product, competitors, opportunities, obstacles, budget to increase our visibility and sales through this channel.

Analyse and report on website visitor behaviour utilising Shopify reporting and google analytics for the purpose of feedback to the Marketing, Design and key stakeholders team, ie growth into the International/ US market, affiliate marketing et. Al.

Utilise Hot Jar and visitor behaviour on the website to present ideas for improvements to UX, journey behaviour, on page data, sales data with the ultimate goal to increase conversion on a quarterly basis for presentation to the HoM (Head of Marketing).



Measure the source traffic and ROAS to utilise in digital advertising strategy and share feedback and findings with the Social Media Co-Ordinator and HoM to adjust individual social media platform strategy and digital marketing campaigns on each platform and against digital marketing strategy.

Measure and report performance of the online store, above strategies and all digital marketing campaigns, assess against previous Yoy/ MoM and benchmark performance and present monthly, annually and as required.

Present insights, opportunities and recommendations for growth, development and sales from the above data each month and work with the HoM in implementing these into the marketing calendar and/or presenting to the GM for implementation with other departments in consideration of budget and ROI.



  • 2+ years experience as an ecommerce and digital marketer
  • 1+ years working with Shopify
  • 1+ years working with Shopify, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta, Klaviyo, Office 365
  • Experience with UX, data analysis and reporting to present results to senior stakeholders
  • 2+ years working with collaborative partners such as a development team or digital agency
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual, creative details and accuracy
  • A deep understanding of the ecommerce, digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression
  • Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and innovate.
