WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

As our Marketing and Brand Manager, you’ll be the key ambassador for NMJ, leading innovative campaigns to strengthen our brand and drive sales. You’ll also nurture a high-performing team, empowering creative thinking while leveraging insights to develop strategies that foster customer loyalty and elevate brand identity.

We’re looking for a marketing professional with strong commercial insight and a proven history of driving sales through compelling strategies. While we value creativity, we need someone who excels in marketing fundamentals, particularly in driving ROI, revenue, and profit objectives. You should have expertise in digital marketing, ecommerce, social media and customer acquisition, with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. A strong, positive people leader who can motivate and inspire the team is essential, as we enter an exciting new growth phase for the brand.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

·       Own and develop the content and marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives.

·       Act as the ultimate guardian of the brand, ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with NMJ’s excellence standards and resonates with our audience.

·       Drive sales across all channels, meet planned targets, and acquire new customer cohorts.

·       Oversee digital, ecommerce, social and influencer plans that create brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

·       Foster a creative environment for brainstorming and refining ideas. Oversee campaign rollouts, ensuring they align with timelines, budgets and overall strategy.

·       Lead a high-performing team by defining KPIs, promoting a test-and-learn approach, and supporting career growth.

·       Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager to maintain an agile and adaptable marketing calendar that supports all business channels and pillars.

·       Track and manage monthly marketing budgets, ensuring effective spending and reporting on ROI.

·       Research market trends and competitor insights to inform strategies and maintain brand relevance.

·       Lead campaign and content shoots, ensuring strong, cohesive brand identity.

·       Plan and execute events, such as wedding expos and pop-ups, working closely with the team managing proposals, costs, and ROI reporting.

·       Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure all content (website, EDM, social media) aligns with the NMJ brand story.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS

·       5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive role.

·       A degree in Marketing or Communications is desirable.

·       Professional yet warm and empathetic approach.

·       Exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills under pressure.

·       A proactive, innovative, and independent mindset.

·       Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
