eCommerce Coordinator

We are expanding our Marketing team to encompass a full time eCommerce Coordinator. This is an ever-growing team within our business, who love to work collaboratively and learn from each other. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, has a keen eye for digital visual merchandising and is passionate about the online customer experience. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience across all areas of running a fast-paced, customer-centric online store. Reporting to our Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be tasked with a full audit of the website and continually striving for exceptional industry leading website performance metrics in site speed and conversion. Excellent administration skills are required, as you will be responsible for accurate reporting across monthly and weekly best seller reports. We are looking for someone who would like to develop their career within the ecommerce and digital marketing space.

Experience in Shopify is an absolute must for this role! Experience in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google my Business, & Adobe Suite, as well as digital marketing come highly regarded also.

This role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Driving the product creation process, including product descriptions, product imagery and cross-sell tagging.

Managing the customer journey, ensuring the eCommerce experience is seamless, intuitive and beautiful for our customers; including product updates and uploads, promotional/ campaign management, content pages, blogs and customer facing information.

Daily maintenance of Shopify.

Ensure website graphics are always up to date and reflect the marketing calendar.

Ensure the visual merchandising of the store with both a creative and commercial eye.

Online stock inventoryManaging photoshoot deadlines for eCommerce imageryWeekly reporting on sales + providing insights for improvements to the site.

Basic SEO.

Responsible for managing both the front-end content, back end infrastructure, product information, apps and integrations.

Track and analyse site and product performance data to provide reporting to the wider business and inform on-site optimisations or new projects and deliver insights to inform marketing.
