The bespoke process – Natalie Marie Jewellery
The bespoke process

5 Easy steps to your one-of-a-kind bespoke ring.

Choose from one of our bespoke base designs, or share your dream design with one of our bespoke consultants.

Begin by browsing our bespoke offering, and using our bespoke ring builder to tell us all about what you are looking for. This process provides us with important information about your style choices and preferences, and builds a strong picture of your dream ring. Send us through your form, along with any additional notes and one of our bespoke consultants will be in touch within 2-3 working days to discuss the next step.

Discuss your design with one of our master jewellers

Once we have built up a picture of what you are looking for, we will contact you to discuss the piece further. This part of the process can take place via email, skype or in a personal appointment for local clients. At this stage we will be able to advise on different options, timeframes and rough cost estimations.

Choose your Stone

One of the most important elements of an engagement ring is the centre stone. Whether it’s a diamond, sapphire, opal or semi precious stone – we can guide you through the process of finding the right fit for you. This will often entail providing you with several different stone options to choose from based on your preference and budget.

Review your final design and quote

Once we have settled on a design and stone, we will send you a final quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

Confirm your order

On approval of your quote, a 50-75% deposit is required to secure your bespoke order. We will also send you our terms of commission to sign. At this stage, we will be able to advise on an estimated completion date for your special piece. Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.

Relax while we handcraft your ring

Production times vary from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the project. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
